Description:

3.1 The mould blocks are laid out in a new horizontal structure. Comparing with the vertical structure, the rigidity of corrugator is much higher and the center of gravity is much lower so that the corrugator will be running more smoothly and stably with easier operation and maintenance.

3.2 An innovative water cooling system, which is adopted for the cooling of mould blocks, makes the cooling medium cycle in the mould blocks at a higher flow speed to achieve a higher cooling efficiency.
