Description:
Water ring plastic pelletizing machine is a professional line for recycling waste PE/PP, and turn them into small granules. Process flow:
Conveying feeding → Metal detector →Film agglomerating → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic screen exchanger → Rub surface granulating machine → Slip trough → Dewatering machine → Librating screener→ Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
Applications:
1. High-efficient force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding, low energy consumption;
2. Single screw extruder, equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system, has a very good output capacity;
3. Pelletizing style: Strand cutting under water with extrusion mould, ensures good shape;
