Description:
1. This machine is mainly used to produce PVC(WPC) window & door profiles, PVC (WPC)trunking profiles, PVC(WPC)ceiling profiles, PVC(WPC) panel, PVC board and so on. This PVC(WPC) profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC(WPC) material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

These machine uses the special designed screw ande barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products, the series of products are: one step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one steporation plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds od plastic and wood dies.
3. Plastic Ceiling Machine- PVC/WPC Ceiling/ Window Profile Extrusion and Making Machine is applied to produce PVC ceiling panel, PVC wall panel,PVC ceiling tile the hollow board like that. This production is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter and stacker. Chang different extruding mould,this machine can also produce PVC door & window profiles, foamed special shaped materials profiles, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products, etc.
