Description:
1. The production line can produce light sheet such as light guide plate (LGP), lightfiled diffuser, brightness enhancement film (BEF) and reflective film. LED illumination special light guide plate, is applied for panel lights, tube light, advertisement light box, indication plate and so on. LCD display special light guide plate, is applied for LED TV, tablet personal computer, laptop, mobile phone and so on.
2. The line is designed for pp.pe.pvc,ps,abs board&sheet&plate production line with different specifications. Special T-type die ensure the precise control of thickness of the plastic sheet/board.
Precise temperature control(±1°c) can pecisely control the plastiication process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of the products.
3. The thickness of the sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and oil pessure wheels.
The calender can freely rise and fall. Unattached rooll temperature control system can precisely cotrol the temperature of the roll.
