Description:
1. PVC pipe line is mainly used in the production of double PVC pipe water drainage pipe, electric conduit, etc., conical twin-screw extrusion equipment configuration of tubing, the corresponding mould, auxiliary equipment, can be used for rigid PVC pipe extrusion processing.Rigid PVC pipe equipment adopts SGC40, SGC63 and models.
2. Unique inside oil controlling temperature system adapts different technology.Beautiful and practical stainless steel body for vacuum calibration and cooling units, unique multi-sections vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes; Special cooling system improves the cooling efficiency; Paticular water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
3. Hauling off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient to operation; Pedrial clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable in performance. Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; Sumping used hydraulic system, which ensures the smooth cross section.
