Description:
1. This series extruder with appropriate diemould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC powder into pipe, plate sheet, film and profile, and also provide function of modifying and pelleting. The extruders are derived by AC motor with a thruster to steeples regulate. It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system. The screw’s core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil, it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
2. 1.Corner bead is made of plastic pvc/upvc material,flame retardant,environment friendly and no pollution. Convenient for construction and handle. Widely used in balcony,stairs,inside and outside wall corner,sill,joint of gypsum board,arched windows and doors,etc. High intensity,adequate combination with putty;corner bead and wall are connected together completely. Replace corner beads made of metal,wood,PMMA,etc. material,reduce cost . Completely change the traditional construction engineering's manual construction method,it is an important change in the construction field.
