Description:
1. PPR pipe extrusion machine is mainly used to produce PP-R pipes, which are widely used in drinking water pipe system, which is adopted by many developed countries nowadays as new type product, which is sanitary, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. It also owns advantages for heat resistance, pressure resistance, energy saving, and long service life.
2. Processing flow of PPR pipe production line:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging
