1. GF series plastic pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply systerm , architectural water supply systerm, pavement of cable, etc. As well as PVC pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.
2. This machine group consists mainly of twin conical(parallel) screws extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, tractor , haul-off unit , cutting unit , tilter , etc.

1. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter. both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products.
2. The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type ,four-claw type, six-claw type , eight - claw type , etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied , it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is realiable , the production efficiency is high.
3. With special device , it can produce inner wall sprial pipe , inner wall hollow pipe , and core layer bulpo pipe , etc. It can also produce PP PE ABS PPR PEX , silivon core pipe nad pipe material of other material. The planet - shaped cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control , it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property,etc. It has reached world advanced level.

Application:
This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose ,middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property .It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas ,and is widely used in the machinery ;coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation ,gas and building.
