1. WPC crust foam board has the effect of noise and heat insulation. The board quality is flame retardant, self-extinguishing unexpected fire, can be used safely. 2. This product can be processed by ordinary wood processing tools. And it can be drilled, sawed, nailed, planed, and stuck and so on like ordinary wood. Applicable to thermoforming, heat bending and folding process. Can be welded according to general process, also with other PVC material. The product has smooth surface, is also suitable for printing. (Need to clean the surface before printing).
Description:
1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially designed screw. We did lots of study from process to formula. The performance of our machinery and equipment reached the international advanced level.
2. The plates produced by our production line have no cracking andf non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times, and maximum can be used for 50 times.
3. The wpc plate has the same characteristics as wood boards: which can enailed, can be sawed m can be drilled ,can be planed ,can be sculptured. With the exclusive formula developed by our company , there is no need to granulate material , which is cost savings and labor saving.
