Description:
1. Corrugated Pipe Extrusionipes are used for drainage, waste water and sewage. Sunlight manufactures extrusion line for producing HDPE corrugated pipes in diameters of OD 63mm up to 1500mm. The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the pipes in hight quality.
2. Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line(OD63-250mm/OD200-400mm), this plant is high output and adopt water cooling system. Co-extrusion technology.
3. The die head has two structures: Independent extrusion structure and co-extrusion structure. Die head have water and air circular system respectively and form the double wall corrugated pipe by cooling water Manual and automatic function
4. Corrugator adopt horizontal easy operation and beautiful.
