1. Product Introduction
This pipe extrusion line suits to produce the polyolefin pipe as HDPE, PP,PE PVC etc in high production speed. It is of low power consumption, high output, high automation and reliable production.
2. Optimized spiral die ensure the melt distribution uniform to make the pipe wall uniform and guarantee the pipe pressure. Equipped copper Vacuum calibration sleeve with water lubrication ring, twin-chamber vacuum tank with spraying cooling and semicircular Nylon support, to ensure fast calibration, increase the production capacity and lower the operation. These designs are especially good for big diameter pipe production and high speed production.

PE PVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Machine
1. This line is mainly used to process nylon, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVC into small diameter double corrugated pipe.
2. Pipes are formed in one step through specialized moulds. Thus pipes are of smooth internal & outer surface and even corrugation.
3. The final pipes are available as protection pipe for wire and cable, drainpipe for washing machine and air-conditioner, gas hose for vacuum cleaner, and air vent, etc.
4. The Diameter of pipe is 10-50mm.
