1. Process Flow of PVC water supply pipe line:
Raw material+additive →Mixing →conveying feeding→Forced feeding →conical double screw extruder →extrusion mould
→calibrator → spay vacuum calibration tank→ dip-in water tank → ink printer→ belt haul-off→ cutter →pipe rack →finished product inspecting & packing
2. With special device , it can produce inner wall sprial pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer bulpo pipe, etc. It can also produce PP PE ABS PPR PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe material of other material. The planet-shaped cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control , it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property ,etc. It has reached workd advanced level.
