1. PVC wall panel is now very popular in decoration market, and widely accepted by customers due to a variety of advantages, such as waterproof, flame retardant, acid and alkali, mothproof, lightweight, heat insulation, sound insulation, shock absorption, etc. And it's easy installation, nice looking.
2. The PVC wall panel extrusion line is widely used in wall panel production, with a growing market. The whole process include many steps, in short, mainly as follow: raw materials mixing, extrusion, moulding, calibration and cooling, haul-off, lamination, cutting, stacker.
Specification of pvc wpc Profile Machine:
1. PVC wall panel production line machine model depends on the panel width. Normally, panel width is 300mm, 400mm, 600mm. If the width is less than 300mm, we suggest model SJZ55, while SJZ65 is suitable for 600mm and less.
2. The PVC profile production line could produce PVC window profile, door frame, board, ceiling, etc. This machine also could produce wood plastic profile ( WPC). To produce PVC profile, you shall have high speed mixer to mix PVC powder, CACO3 and other additives according to your formula.
3. Then feed the mixture to the conical twin screw extruder for the production. The mixed material will be extruded through different molds to produce different shape profiles. Then it will be calibrated to keep the shape by vacuum calibration tank, then haul off and cutting. You could cut different length as you want, 4 meter, 6 meter, etc.
