1. Characteristics of PE PPR PERT Cool and Hot water pipe production line:
* Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
* Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
* Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.
* Producing pipe limit 20-160mm, manufacture velocity up to 15m/min.
* May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R,PE, PEX and PE-RT pipes.
2. *Single screw extruder, very suitable to process PE resin with high capacity, max capacity 1000kg/h
* The production line adopts reasonable design, absorbing safe producing technology, acquiring CE certificate.
* Diameter range is 16mm-800mm, which can be changed into inch standard to meet client's special requirement.
