1. WPC product is a new type of environmental-friendly green material which is made from polyolefin plastics and fiber of straw, wood flour, rice chaff and others with special procession.

Description:
1. Extruder: adopting high effective single screw extruder, unique designed screw, realizing shorting plasticizing time, good compounding and excellent plasticization.
2. Driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and various speed.
3. Vacuum calibrating tank: with two aluminum racks, to install various extruding dies, the main body of the tank make of stainless steel, long service time.
4. Haul-off machines: 2 laws haul-off machines are provided to manufacture different width of profiles, haul-off speed governed by the FUJI or ABB inverter.
5. Cutting unit: saw cutting, with dust collection system.
6. Staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the profile.
7. Controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC touch screen controlling.
