1. PE plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing water supply pipe and drainage pipe in the field of agriculture and construction, cable etc. This production line consists mainly of single screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, spraying cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc.
2. Process Flow
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
