Description:
1. This Pipe Production Line is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, tractor, cutter, turning rack, etc.
- The extruder and the tractor adopt imported AC frequency conversion device.
- The vacuum pump and traction motor are also of high quality.
- There are several traction modes such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, etc.
- Saw cutting or planet cutting is selectable. Length recording and thickness increasing devices can be attached.
2. Process flow:
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
