Basic information of pe pipe machine:
PE PPR PPRT pipe extrusion line consists of conical Single-screw extruder, Extrusion die mould, Vacuum forming calibrator, Spraying machine, Haul-off machine, Cutting machine, Stacker and other components, with good stability and high capacity, easy to operate, reliable. The production line can produce water supply and drainage pipe, widely used to hot water supply,gas transportation,and so on. Full automatic control by SIMENS PLC computer.
Description of pe pipe production line:
1.Single screw extruder, very suitable to process PE resin with high capacity, max capacity can reach 1000kg/h
The production line adopts reasonable design, absorbing safe producing technology, acquiring CE certificate.
Diameter range is 20mm-800mm, which can be changed into inch standard to meet clients' special requirement.
2.This PE Pipe Production Line is mainly used for producing PE pipes, diameter range: 16-630mm, etc
