The PVC electric conduit pipe making machine (two cavity) designed by Qingdao Aorui Plastic Machinery Co.,ltd mainly includes: powder feeder, conical twin screw extruder, mold (two cavity), vacuum calibration tank, hauling machine, cutting machine and stacker. The PVC pipe produced by this production line is generally used for water supply, drainage pipe and wire threading pipe, etc.
Description of pvc pipe production line:
1. This PVC pipe Extrusion line is designed with advanced west Europe technology. The extruder is conical twin screw with double screw, it is mainly used for PVC powder. And we are able to make PVC water supply pipe, drainage pipe, conduit pipe for your optional.
2. Produce process:
PVC powder + additive →mixing →spring feeding →twin screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine →haul off machine →cutting machine →stacker
3. Customer mix the raw material (PVC powder, Caco3, Ti2 and so on additives ) into extruder, after plastify in extruder, material went into mould, the mould and vacuum tank form the material into pipes, after cooling tank, haul-off and cutter, PVC pipes are produced well on stacker.
4. The high efficient single screw extruder is designed with HYPET technology,The die head is spiral type. it is suitable for the high output type,The electric components are made in RKC Japan, contacts are Siemens .AC control is ABB or DELTA type.The barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA. Nitrated, feeding zone is special alloy.Screw is made of 38CrMoAlA, Nitrated hardness is HV900-1000.The cutting system is warfless in advance technology.The technology of PPR pipe processing could be offered after confirmation of the order free of charge.
