Description of plastic extrusion profiles:
1.This machine is mainly PVC ceiling profiles. This PVC profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, max can reach 250phr CaCo3 to help customer save cost.
2.The PVC Profile production line includes the below machines;
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Extrusion Mold ( The buyer shall prepare the drawing to make the mold)
Vacuum Calibration Table
Haul Off and Cutter

PVC Mixer ( for raw material preparation)

3.PVC Profile has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, temperature-keeping,etc. The material is incombustible, it is safe for use. All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance, its vibration resistant effect if good. All series of products have property of weathering proof, its luster may remain forever, it is not easy to be ageing. This product is light, storage & transport, construction are rather convenient.
