Description of pvc wpc door board profile production line:
1.PVC is designed according to international latest technology, mixed PVC, PP, PE, PS with plant fiber symmetrically.
It adopts high-efficiency conical double-screw extruder with forcible cooling system to extrude and form.
2.The wood plastic panel out from our line has features of green environment protection, damp proof, antisepticise and not distortion, thus suitable for processing method of wood and can be recycled to reuse. It has been widely used in wide door, partition panel, construction template, base plate of container, furnish panel, etc.

Applications:
1.The products can be used for indoor and outdoor doors, partition walls, window sill panels, etc.
2.The products produced by the PVC wide door panel production line concentrate the advantages of wood and plastic, not only have a unique appearance effect and overcome the shortcomings of natural wood with good processing performance similar to wood, the proportion can be controlled between 0.6-0.9g/cm3, can be sawed, nailed, planed, the use of woodworking tools can be completed.
