Brief introduction of pvc profile machine:
1.PVC small Profile Extruder/Plastic Skirting Profile Making Machine is mainly used for making PVC Small profile like PVC Skirting profile,wall corner profile,PVC ceiling with different section shape and height.
2.The surface of PVC profile/panel can be treated by printing & coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing, or by lamination, which can make good decoration effect for kitchen,toilet,balcony and so on.

2. Machine's features:
2.1. Main extruder has advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient operation and so on.
2.2. The tractor is specially designed by our company and adopts the lifting technology.
2.3. The vacuum calibration tank adopts special cooling system to ensure the sizing effect.
2.4. The moving speed of the cutter and tractor are synchronous and the speed is controlled by PLC computer.
2.5. According to different moulds, calibration tank of 4m, 6m, 8m and 11m can be choosen.
